Reservations :                                                
Reservations will be made by e-mail: info@apartmentsbcn.net, filling in all the fields or by phone to the followings numbers +34 93 456 16 19 / +34 652 599 480, ask for Frederic Echivard or Carmen Ruiz. You will receive an answer from us advising you of the availability of the apartment and all the information necessary to arrange a pre-reservation if you are interested.

Advance Payment :
For the reservation to be confirmed the customer is asked to make an advance payment of 25% of the total amount, before the date until which the reservation will be held without advance payment. This will be made by a Visa or MasterCard credit card or by bank transfer.

Confirmation :
Once the bank transfer or credit card authorization has been received, we will send you confirmation of the reservation with all the directions necessary to get to the apartment.

Cancellation :
If the client cancels a fully paid pre payment, there is a cancellation charge that will depend on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period.

- More than 60 days before: deposit refundable.
- 60 to 30 days before: refundable 50% of the prepayment.
- Less than 30 days before: deposit is non-refundable.

Getting to Barcelona :
We have provided the apartment address and directions to get to it with the above information. The only thing we will need is for you to tell us the approximate time of arrival so that we can be ready to receive you. Please advise us of any likely delays to avoid unnecessary waiting. Access to the apartment will be no earlier than 2 pm, if other tenants are leaving the apartment on the same day, so that the apartment will be in perfect condition for you. We will let you know about this well in advance. Once you have arrived at the apartment, payment of the appropriate fee will be made, deducting the amount paid in advance.

Leaving Barcelona :
You should leave the apartment before 10 am on the last day of your stay. There will be room for some flexibility as regards the leaving time if there are no other guests arriving on the same day. The keys will then be handed in.
