SANT PAU 1 /// Capacity 4 people
This charming studio is perfect for a couple but can accommodate up to 4 persons. It offers a nice and quite spacious bed (140cm), a couch, a SATELLITE TV, Free Internet WIFI (Wireless), AIR CONDITIONING and HEATING. This apartment offer you a fully equipped American kitchen (Italian Coffee maker, toaster ...), one bathroom and terrace (with 4 chairs and one table, see picture). The total area of the apartment is 30 m², and 20m² the terrace. This studio is the perfect place for taking sunbath or having a pleasant dinner at night on the terrace when the air is fresher.
A free cot for a child is available if needed. At the beginning of the stay we supply you with clean towels and sheets. We make the cleaning of the apartment once a week (or more often on request). All costs are included.(water and electricity). The building is equipped with a LIFT.

The location in the EIXAMPLE AREA is excellent and very central just at a 5 mn walk from the famous cathedral SAGRADA FAMILIA from Gaudi, most visited place in Barcelona and all Spain. Near the Sagrada Familia you will find a bus stop to take the TOURISTIC BUS. At only a 5 minuts walk you can find the “Avenue Gaudi” , a pleasant pedestrian street very apreciated for the spanish people, with a lot of restaurants and terraces to take a drink and observe the lighting of the cathedral by night (you can’t miss it). An other interesting place and also a stop of the modernist route (like the Sagrada Familia) is the HOSPITAL SANT PAU. Both monuments "cathedral of the Sagrada Familia" and the "Hospital Sant Pau" are also on the world heritage list of the UNESCO.
L'EIXAMPLE is a true Barcelona district through-and through: the characteristic grid layout of its streets, a large number of modernist buildings and a lively local life with shops, restaurants and sunny cafés, etc... All the hustle and bustle of daytime activity turns to pleasant calm when night falls and makes it the ideal place to rest after a tourist or business day.
The area is especially SAFE and QUIET so very convenient for families. At only 20 meters from the apartment you will find 3 supermarkets, an excellent bakery that makes delicious croissants for your breakfast and biologic shop. From our apartment you can reach all the areas of Barcelona in a very short time. There are 2 metro lines (Line 5, Stop "Hospital Sant Pau") at a 2 min walk that lead you directy to the Passeig de Gracia in 5mn and the (Line 2, Stop "Encants") at a 5 min walk from the apartment that lead you directy to the Plaza Catalunya and the ramblas (Old City) in 12-15 min . If you want to go to the beach you have also a direct bus that last around 15- 20 min.
