This superb apartment in Barcelona is a perfect solution for 2 couples, a family or a group of friends. If you were searching for light and sun then you found your apartment as it receives sunlight during nearly all the day because of it's 6 meters windows. It has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 twin beds. There is a couch in the living room to accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment is also equipped with SATELLITE TV, Free Internet WI-FI (Wireless), AIR CONDITIONING, HEATING a fully equipped American kitchen (microwave, fridge, toaster, Italian coffee maker…) and offers a private TERRACE along with a table and four chairs, the ideal place to enjoy a fresh dinner at night to rest after a hard day.
A free cot for a child is available if needed. At beginning of the stay we supply you with clean towels and sheets. We make the cleaning of the apartment once a week (or more often on request). All costs are included.(water and electricity). The building is equipped with a LIFT.

The location is excellent and very central just at a 5 min. walk from the famous SAGRADA FAMILIA, the cathedral from Gaudi (area eixample) in the center of Barcelona. Near the Sagrada Familia you will find a bus stop to take the TOURISTIC BUS. At only a 5 minuts walk you can find the “Avenue Gaudi” , a pleasant avenue very apreciated for the spanish people, with a lot of restaurants and terraces to take a drink and observe the lighting of the cathedral by night (you can’t miss it). An other interesting place and also a stop of the modernist route (like the Sagrada Familia) is the HOSPITAL SANT PAU.
The area is especially SAFE and QUIET. At only 20 meters from the apartment you will find 3 supermarkets, an excellent bakery that makes delicious croissants for your breakfast and biologic shop. From our apartment you can reach all the areas of Barcelona in a very short time. There are 2 metro lines (L-Lilac (II) et L-blue (V) at a 2 min walk from the apartment that lead you directy to the Plaza Catalunya (Old City) 15 min or Pº de Gracia (10 min) . If you want to go to the beach you have also a direct bus that last around 15- 20 min.

We enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable apartment. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and veryconvenient to the metro which will lead you to all the sights. Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. Our apartment exceeded our expectations! That is always nice! We were so well situated for everything we needed. We really enjoyed the restaurant next door. Also the bakery down the street. Everyone was so friendly to us. Boys loved it too. They both want to come back on a work study when they are in University. We had a long trip back, but uneventful. Back to work today! :( Thanks for your help and your great apartment.
