Great apartment that will make you feel like at home. The first thing you will notice is the TRANQUILITY of the apartment. The kitchen is fully equiped with a combi fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher machine and all the dishes and plates you may need. The cosy bathroom is equiped with shower. The living room has a special touch with its huge library equiped with TV 21” with SATELITTE, Free Internet WIFI (Wireless), Video and CD/ radio and his comfortable sofa.
It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with 2 twin beds and both with a wardrobe to put all your clothes. All the apartment is equiped with CENTRAL HEATING for the winter (more comfortable) and AIR CONDITIONING for the summer. We also provide you a washing machine, an iron and ironboard. A free cot for a child is available if needed. A the beginning of the stay we supply you with clean towels and sheets. We make the cleaning of the apartment once a week (or more often on request). All costs are included.(water and electricity). The building is equipped with a LIFT.

The location is excellent and very central just at a 5 min. walk from the famous SAGRADA FAMILIA, the cathedral from Gaudi (area eixample) in the center of Barcelona. Near the Sagrada Familia you will find a bus stop to take the TOURISTIC BUS. At only a 5 minuts walk you can find the “Avenue Gaudi” , a pleasant avenue very apreciated for the spanish people, with a lot of restaurants and terraces to take a drink and observe the lighting of the cathedral by night (you can’t miss it). An other interesting place and also a stop of the modernist route (like the Sagrada Familia) is the HOSPITAL SANT PAU.
The area is especially SAFE and QUIET. At only 20 meters from the apartment you will find 3 supermarkets, an excellent bakery that makes delicious croissants for your breakfast and biologic shop. From our apartment you can reach all the areas of Barcelona in a very short time. There are 2 metro lines (L-Lilac (II) et L-blue (V) at a 2 min walk from the apartment that lead you directy to the Plaza Catalunya (Old City) 15 min or Pº de Gracia (10 min) . If you want to go to the beach you have also a direct bus that last around 15- 20 min.

We are a family of 3 from mineapolis, MN, USA here for a week. We were surprised at how spacious, clean and quiet the apartment is and that there is plenty of hot water. Great location by Sagrada Familia + the metro. We had some trouble adjusting the local time. Our hours at home are breakfast at 6am, lunch at noon and dinner at 5.30pm. Here breakfast is at 10am, lunch at 3pm and dinner at 9pm. Anyway we went to la rambla, Barri gotic, Palau Nacional + MMAC, casa batlló, parc Guell and the best day - a trip to montserrat on the metro + train: spectacular. Sandy, Cindy and Mason. USA. Dear Frédéric & Carmen,Thank you for your lovely apartment ! It is prettiest & better decorated than our own home !! More than anything, we have enjoyed your recommendation of restaurants and tapas bars tremendously. "l'Oliva" was friendy and offered us something we never have in the US: all you can drink wine out of a bottle which is included in the €14 lunch formule. "7 portes" was worth the wait. I'm salivating just thinking about it. "La Piazzenza" had us in tears. Everything was delicious and flavorful and we just came from Paris. Barcelona has definitively won us over with its great food, great cava and last but not the least, great people. We have met people who offered to take pictures for us when we took out our camera, who pointed the way when we looked perplexed over our map and people who exhausted their english vocabulary for us when it's us who shoud know more spanish or catalan. We are coming back for sure for the food, for this beautiful apartment and for the beautiful mediteranean and its people. Thank you again.
