Apartment with high quality fittings, where design and fine materials go together. It is perfectly designed for a comfortable stay, whether it be for a few days or several weeks. It has a double bedroom that gives onto the street, with spacious wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom and living-dining room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Characteristics: Fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom, a double sofa bed.
Equipment: Washing machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hot and cold AIR-CONDITIONING, broadband INTERNET, TV, safe.
A the beginning of the stay we supply you with clean towels and sheets. All costs are included.(water and electricity). A free cot for a child is available if needed. The building is equipped with a LIFT.

The location is unbeatable and very central just at a 5 min. walk from the PLAÇA CATALUNYA, the apartment is in the EIXAMPLE area in the center of Barcelona. The area is especially SAFE and QUIET. From our apartment you can reach all the areas of Barcelona in a very short time. There are 3 metro lines (L-Lilac (II), (L-Green (III) et L-Red (I) at a 2 min walk from the apartment.
The Eixample, the birthplace of modernism par excellence and considered by many as a great outdoor museum. In the Eixample one finds the most famous set of modernist buildings, such as la Casa Batlló and la Pedrera by Gaudí, among many others. Fashionable shops, bars and restaurants make this one of the most cosmopolitan places with the best atmosphere in the city. |

I was really excited about the appartment for several reasons: - the modern design: it is tastefully arranged, nice furniture like on the pics (There was absolutely no difference between the pictures and the reality! Great experience!) - the location: cannot be better! (close to public transportation and necessary shops (supermarket, pharmacy)) - functional and new kitchen equipment: dishwasher (this was the best!:-)), microwaves, washing machine, oven, fridge, freezer, basically everything, what we needed! - television Overall, everything what was promised before arrival, was provided! This is a nice feeling, when somebody wants to have relaxed holidays:-) Thank you! - 2009
