Apartment with high quality fittings, where design and fine materials go together. It is perfectly designed for a comfortable stay, whether it be for a few days or several weeks. The location is unbeatable and very central just at a 5 min. walk from the PLAÇA CATALUNYA, the apartment is in the EIXAMPLE area in the center of Barcelona. The area is especially SAFE and QUIET. From our apartment you can reach all the areas of Barcelona in a very short time. There are 3 metro lines (L-Lilac (II), (L-Green (III) et L-Red (I) at a 2 min walk from the apartment.
The Eixample, the birthplace of modernism par excellence and considered by many as a great outdoor museum. In the Eixample one finds the most famous set of modernist buildings, such as la Casa Batlló and la Pedrera by Gaudí, among many others. Fashionable shops, bars and restaurants make this one of the most cosmopolitan places with the best atmosphere in the city. |

We were very pleased with the apartment. The location was excellent, and the assistance provided by Alberto was outstanding. The only issue we had was that Alberto had not been told we had requested a crib for our baby, which had been part of our original request. However, Alberto took care of the problem right away. We found the apartment terrific - just perfect for our eight night stay! It was every bit as modern, clean, and comfortable as it appears in the pictures on the website, and we adored our 4th floor terrace overlooking a quiet, interior courtyard. The location was fantastic - just a few blocks to the metro, lots of restaurants and cafes quite close, a bakery next door, and a small grocery store one block away. I agree totally with someone else's comment - Alberto is terrific!
