This apartment with 140 m2 has a well equiped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, toaster, italian coffee maker and all the dishes and plates you may need. The apartment also offers you 2 bathrooms with bathtub. The living room is equiped with TV, Internet ADSL and 2 comfortable sofas to accommodate up to 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms (one with a double bed for a couple, the second with 2 separated single beds that can be joined together to convert it in a double bed and 2 small bedrooms with a single bed and a second pull out bed). All the apartment is equiped with HEATING for the winter (more comfortable) and AIR CONDITIONING for the summer . We also provide you a washing machine.
A cot for a child is available if needed. A the beginning of the stay we supply you with clean towels and sheets. The building is equipped with a LIFT.

The location is unbeatable in the center of Barcelona on the street "Aragón" at the corner with the street "Bruc". Thus you are only at a 5mn walking distance from the famous "Passeig de Gracía" where you can find a big range of luxury shops, a lot of pleasant restaurants and the famous houses from Gaudi "Casa Batlló" and "La Pedrera" known as casa mila. The closest subway station is "Passeig de gracia" at a 5 mn walk. You are only 10mn from the Plaza Cataluña where starts the world famous "Rambla" and the old city.
There are 3 metro lines reachables from the apartment (L3-Green III) at only at 2 mn walk and (L4-Yellow IV), (L2-Lilac II) at a 5 min walk from the apartment .

We want you to know, we heave a very pleasant and enjoyable time in Barcelona. A good and comfortable apartment, the weather was excellent. Prior correspondence was good and reliable.
Barcelona is beautiful city, we would definitely come back again. We had no problems with flying the Icelandic cloud.
Also our congratulations for Jorge. He warmly welcomed us, made us aware of nice restaurants and what we certainly should have seen. He had order, the day of arrival, a regular taxi for 7 people at 06.00 am on may 21. Was on the day of departure in plenty of time to the apartment to check. Actualy arranged another taxi for us when it appeared that it was a taxi for 6 people. Gave us the number of the taxi company, if something go wrong with the luggage and his number 06. Formidable.
