This apartment in Barcelona is a perfect solution for 2 couples or 3 couples, a family or a group of friends. It's a fabulous apartment typical of the eixample area that will gives you plenty of space, a total of 130m2 with a living room of 45m2 and a spectacular master bedroom of 25m2.
It has a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and the 3rd one is a single bedroom that can be converted in a twin bedroom as it has a second bed hidden below the single bed. Two additional folding beds are provided so the total capacity is up to 8 people The first bathroom is equiped with a shower and the toilets are in a separated room. The second bedroom is fully equiped with a bathtube and toilets.
The apartment is also equipped with TV, INTERNET, AIR CONDITIONING, HEATING .The kitchen is fully equiped (microwave,oven fridge, toaster, kettle, Italian coffee maker…) and also offers you a table to take a dinner. As extra equipments you have a washing machine, an iron and Iron table and a hair dryer.
At beginning of the stay we supply you with clean towels and sheets. All costs are included.(water and electricity). The building is equipped with a LIFT.

Located in the EIXAMPLE area in the center of Barcelona, that apartment is only at a 10mn from the famous cathedral “SAGRADA FAMILIA” , that cathedral planned at it’s beginning by the catalan archictect “Gaudi” is a must do, from here you can also catch one of the circuit of the TURISTIC BUS. At a 15-20 minutes walking distance you can arrive at the Plaza cataluña – las Ramblas. At more or less the same walking time you are in the GOTIC AREA, famous for its narrow stone streets, here you can find a great variety of restaurants and bars in a pleasant modern, bohemian and cosmopolitan atmosphere.
The area is especially SAFE and QUIET. From our apartment you can reach all the areas of Barcelona in a very short time. There are 2 metro lines (Station VERDAGUER), lines (L-Yellow (4) and L-Blue (5) at a 2 min walk from the apartment .
