Fantastic LOFT of 110 m2 . That apartment gives you a spectacular sensation of space and light, it's fully covered with parquet. The American kitchen and the big living room gives you one unique space of 48 m2. The living room is especially sunny because of its 6 meters windows. The new design-style kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave-grill, Italian coffee maker, toaster, and all the dishes and plates you may need. It has 2 bathrooms, one inside the suite and the other one for the 2 other bedrooms (both equipped with showers).
The living room is equipped with all the commodities, TV 25" with SATELITTE TV, Free Internet WI-FI (Wireless), CD/ Radio, a comfortable sofa bed and 2 individual chairs.
The apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms, one is a suite (double bed) with its own bathroom, the 2 other ones have 2 twin beds (all are equipped with a wardrobe to put all your clothes). All the rooms are equipped with AIR CONDITIONING and CENTRAL HEATING . We also provide you a washing-dryer machine, an iron and iron board. A free cot for a child is available if needed. At the beginning of the stay we supply you with clean towels and sheets. We make the cleaning of the apartment once a week (or more often on request). All costs are included. (water and electricity). The building is equipped with an LIFT .

The location is excellent and very central just at a 5 min. walk from the famous SAGRADA FAMILIA, the cathedral from Gaudi (area eixample) in the center of Barcelona. Near the Sagrada Familia you will find a bus stop to take the TOURISTIC BUS. At only a 5 minuts walk you can find the “Avenue Gaudi” , a pleasant avenue very apreciated for the spanish people, with a lot of restaurants and terraces to take a drink and observe the lighting of the cathedral by night (you can’t miss it). An other interesting place and also a stop of the modernist route (like the Sagrada Familia) is the HOSPITAL SANT PAU.
The area is especially SAFE and QUIET. At only 20 meters from the apartment you will find 3 supermarkets, an excellent bakery that makes delicious croissants for your breakfast and biologic shop. From our apartment you can reach all the areas of Barcelona in a very short time. There are 2 metro lines (L-Lilac (II) et L-blue (V) at a 2 min walk from the apartment that lead you directy to the Plaza Catalunya (Old City) 15 min or Pº de Gracia (10 min) . If you want to go to the beach you have also a direct bus that last around 15- 20 min.

“In June 2010, my wife, I and two close friends visited Barcelona for nine days.
Barcelona is exciting, a city full of life, art and style, and great food! But our stay in this wonderful place was made even better with our rental of a large spacious three bedroom, two bath apartment thru BCN Apartments. It was modern, very quite considering its location in a high density neighbourhood (even when the locals watched their team play football during the World Cup). And, it was very well appointed and CLEAN. Restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores (and cheap wine) are within a short walking distance. Minutes I can attest. Garbage recycling bins are located on the street adjacent to the building. Major city attractions are just a hop via a nearby subway station. For five evenings we cooked local dishes bought at city markets and during the remaining evenings we experienced and explored new dishes at bistros and cafes throughout the city. The rental people speak English and were very helpful with our varied questions.
If you plan a visit to Barcelona and would like a different holiday experience than the standard hotel, I recommend that you consider renting a BCN apartment.
