Great barcelona apartment . The kitchen is fully equiped with a combi fridge, stove, toaster, and all the dishes and plates you may need. The cosy bathroom is spacy and equiped with shower. The open living room receives a lot of light and it's equiped with CD/ radio a comfortable sofa bed for 2 extra people. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with 2 twin beds and both with a wardrobe to put all your clothes. All the apartment is equiped with HEATING for the winter and AIR CONDITIONING for the summer. We also provide you a washing machine, an iron and ironboard. A free cot for a child is available if needed. A the beginning of the stay we supply you with clean towels and sheets. All costs are included.(water and electricity). The building is equipped with a LIFT. The apartment is located on a 1st floor.

The location is excellent and central just at a 5 min. walk from the famous SAGRADA FAMILIA, the cathedral from Gaudi (area eixample) in the center of Barcelona. Near the Sagrada Familia you will find a bus stop to take the TOURISTIC BUS. You are located on the same “Avenue Gaudi” that you can see from your balcony, a pleasant avenue very apreciated for the spanish people, with a lot of restaurants and terraces to take a drink and observe the lighting of the cathedral by night (you can’t miss it). An other interesting place and also a stop of the modernist route (like the Sagrada Familia) is the HOSPITAL SANT PAU at only 30 meters from the apartment
The area is especially SAFE and QUIET. At only 50 meters from the apartment you will find a supermarket, an excellent bakery that makes delicious croissants for your breakfast and and a good range of restaurants. From our apartment you can reach all the areas of Barcelona in a very short time. There are 2 metro lines (L-Lilac (II) et L-blue (V) at a 2 min walk from the apartment that lead you directy to the Plaza Catalunya (Old City) 15 min or Pº de Gracia (10 min) . If you want to go to the beach you have also a direct bus that last around 15- 20 min.
