PROVENZA ///     Capacity 8 people This apartment has the kitchen well equiped with a fridge, microwave, italian coffee maker and all the dishes and plates you may need. The apartment also offers you 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. The living room is equiped with TV and a comfortable sofa. With a sunny day, you can enjoy also the terrace. It has 4 bedrooms (one with a double bed for a couple, the second with 2 separated single beds that can be joined together to convert it in a double bed and 2 small bedrooms, one with a single bed and a second pull out bed and the other with 2 bunk beds). All the apartment is equiped with HEATING for the winter (more comfortable) and AIR CONDITIONING for the summer . We also provide you a washing machine. A cot for a child is available if needed. A the beginning of the stay we supply you with clean towels and sheets. The building is equipped with a LIFT.

PROVENZA /// Location                                    The location is central just at a 10 min. walk from the famous SAGRADA FAMILIA, the cathedral from Gaudi (area eixample) in the center of Barcelona. Near the Sagrada Familia you will find a bus stop to take the TOURISTIC BUS. At only a 10 minuts walk you can find the “Avenue Gaudi” , a pleasant avenue very apreciated for the spanish people, with a lot of restaurants and terraces to take a drink and observe the lighting of the cathedral by night (you can’t miss it). The area is especially SAFE and QUIET. There is 1 metro line (L-Lilac II)  at a 2 min walk from the apartment that lead you directy to the Plaza Catalunya (Old City) 15 min.
